We’re seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support Mission Lane’s People Operations team in ensuring smooth and efficient human resources operations.
In this crucial role, you’ll have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, administering important HR functions across the company, while also serving as the main point of contact for all HR matters concerning our contact center employees.

Responsibilities:

  • You have a degree in a related field and 4+ years relevant HR experience.
  • You have experience supporting contact center operations teams.
  • You have strong technical skills: UKG experience preferred.
  • You are a lifelong learner - self-motivated to pursue knowledge and experience that keeps you at the forefront of your field.
  • You have an instinctive, insatiable drive to make things better.
  • You are curious, use good judgment, and are quickly able to process a situation, find leverage, and develop creative solutions.
  • You work at a high level of autonomy and can manage multiple ongoing issues and sensitive employee matters with minimum supervision.
  • You have knowledge of HR compliance regulations, non-exempt employment laws, and industry best practices
