Description:
JOB SUMMARY
Coordinates administrative activities and provides support in functional areas of human resources, with specific focus on talent acquisition pre-employment process ownership. Role includes HR Administrative support of the manufacturing facilities within Dyersburg and Oklahoma City but may have additional responsibilities across Data Center Cooling (DCC) division as needed. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
This person is a member of the Data Center Cooling - Human Resources team and will actively drive a positive employee new hire experience, along with owning some office administrative support activities across our DCC business. This person will champion the employee new hire experience from pre-employment into new hire orientations and assist with other initiatives throughout the overall employee life cycle. They will get the opportunity interact and positively impact all areas and levels of the business from production manufacturing, operations, service/warranty, engineering, purchasing/supply chain, IT, finance, sales and human resources.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Two years of HR or Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and time management skills
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, along with professional business acumen.
- Ability to operate with some autonomy.
- Maintain confidential information.
- Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate employee onboarding activities and new hire procedures, including I-9 verification.
- Owns Talent Acquisition coordination process by assisting recruiter with scheduling interviews, processing pre-employment background checks, processing, tracking and retaining employee referral bonus payment details, and scheduling new hire orientations.
- Administers multiple HR processes, including employee length of service awards, audit support, and routine data reporting.
- Interacts with employees to answer or properly route questions.
- Helps organize and coordinate HR training and development initiatives.
- Organizes meetings and other internal and external events, and coordinates business lunches and conference room reservations.
- Participate in the planning and coordination of company engagement activities that create a positive employee experience.
- Office Administrative Support duties such as:
- Receives and distributes office mail.
- Purchase necessary office supplies, equipment, etc. as needed.
- Company SWAG owner – maintain merchandise and assist with re-orders as needed.
- Provide support with meeting coordination, expenses, and travel for the Business President.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by manager
