POSITION SUMMARY:

Performance and Rewards develops performance management policies and frameworks. Develop a compensation structure within the financial budget. Guides managers in setting up performance indicators, conducting performance reviews, and explaining evaluation ratings to their team. Makes recommendations on compensation structure and benefits programs, based on industry benchmarks and the total rewards philosophy of the Bank.

Education and Experience:

  • College degree in Human Resources, or related field required; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in employee compensation, job analysis and/or performance management.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Extensive knowledge of human resource laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and performance management systems.
