Description:

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist in Beverly Hills. The role is primarily focused on providing support within a busy HR department, handling a variety of tasks related to benefits administration, account payables, HR-focused bookkeeping, data entry, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience with benefits administration and working through an open enrollment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting reconciliations of benefits deductions and premiums
  • Assisting with billing and payroll tasks
  • Performing data entry tasks and maintaining detailed records
  • Utilizing strong analytical skills for date comparisons and leave tracking
  • Handling account payable duties with an HR focus
  • Utilizing computer skills to proficiently navigate software such as Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Conducting audits and background checks as required
  • Delivering high-quality customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience
  • Utilizing various HR management systems for the effective execution of tasks.
  • Demonstrable experience with ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
  • Proficiency in using ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
  • Familiarity with Ceridian and HRMS software
  • Experience with About Time software would be advantageous
  • Proven skills in Auditing and conducting Background Checks
  • Understanding of Benefit Functions within a Human Resources context
  • Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Detail-oriented and excellent problem-solving skills
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
