Description:
We are offering an exciting opportunity to a Human Resources Generalist in Haslet, Texas, within the construction industry. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will manage pivotal aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth operations within the HR department. This role contributes to our team by taking on tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration, with a focus on creating a positive work environment.
The HR Generalist will play a critical role in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HR processes, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment. After six months of successful performance, this position will transition to a hybrid schedule.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
- Proven experience in Employee Relations.
- Proficiency in Hiring Processes including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) Administration.
- Experience in handling Benefits Payroll.
- Familiarity with bi-Monthly Payroll processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
