Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate HR Generalist to join our team at Unilabs. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department for our York site and the Pathology division internationally. Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR processes and initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Solid knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Maintain and update HR information systems and databases.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement, talent management, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and HR process optimization.
