Human Resource (HR) Generalists play a vital role in planning and administering key HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, compensation, employee relations, information systems management, compliance, risk management, and organizational development.

HR Generalists have excellent communication skills and high standards of confidentiality. They use critical thinking to solve problems and are knowledgeable about employment laws, personnel management, employee benefits, and organizational behavior.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited college with a degree in business administration, human resources, OSHA, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Three (3) years of related work experience.
• SHRMCP or PHR preferred but not required.
• Valid MT Drivers License and the ability to pass a background check
