As a Global Talent Partner for Bloomberg Financial Solutions, you’ll partner with HR and global business leaders to understand the talent and leadership development needs to build leader capability and drive organizational impact. You’ll leverage the Leadership & Talent Development Center of Excellence (CoE) for enterprise-wide resources and programmatic support and build and deliver bespoke solutions that are culturally relevant, globally scalable, and aligned with business priorities to drive performance. You’ll recommend and implement a wide range of learning and development, change management, and organizational design programs based on business needs. You will be part of the HR leadership team for Financial Solutions, and part of the global Leadership & Talent Development team.
