POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR Coordinator position responsible for the all round coordination of the HR function including sourcing, attracting and selection of talent for the organisation, Learning and development, onboarding, answering HR queries, upholding policies and procedures etc. This is a full-time permanent role that reports into the Human Resource Manager and Deputy CEO. The ideal candidate for the role will be located or have the ability to travel into the office based in Dublin 2.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar working environment.
Relevant third-level qualification is desirable.
Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent MS Office skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
To participate on forums/working groups/committees as required.
