As we grow, we are seeking a motivated HR Manager to lead our human resources operations and ensure a positive, high-performing work environment.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in human resources
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and HR technology/tools
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic and growing company, with experience in start-ups or fast-growing companies being a bonus
