Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The HR Manager / Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our HR strategies, policies, and programs. This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in HR management, capable of providing strategic leadership and driving initiatives that align with our company’s goals and culture.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in strategic HR leadership, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR teams. Proven experience in developing and executing HR strategies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR software. Experience with data analytics and reporting is preferred.
  • Attributes: Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. Partner with senior management to support organizational goals and drive performance.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates. Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and conflicts effectively. Implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems. Provide guidance on performance issues and career development.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs. Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Update company policies and procedures to reflect legal and industry standards.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to support employee growth and skill development. Facilitate leadership development and succession planning.
  • HR Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to make data-driven decisions. Prepare and present reports on HR activities and trends.
  • Organizational Development: Support organizational change initiatives and foster a positive company culture. Implement programs to drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
