Description:

Robert Half is actively seeking a high-performing HR Manager to join a rapidly growing organization in Colorado Springs. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the Human Resource functions of a distinguished organization and take charge of their most valuable assets – their employees. The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of HR matters across the entire organization, spanning multiple locations. This role needs an experienced professional who is comfortable working in a highly visible position, possesses first-rate analytical and problem-solving skills, excels in conflict resolution, and is capable of making high-stake decisions under pressure.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification will be an added advantage.
  2. Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in multi-location organizations.
  3. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
  4. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  5. Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in benefit functions and benefits administration.
  • Proven skills in effective communication, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with compliance procedures and ensuring company adherence to laws and regulations.
  • Strong ability to handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.
  • Familiarity with hiring processes, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and devising recruitment strategies.
  • Knowledge and experience in policy administration within a company.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
