Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee our client’s HR department in Fort Pierce, Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. This role requires strategic thinking and a strong background in HR management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Provide advice to senior management on HR best practices and labor laws.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide support to a team of HR professionals in their daily operations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and identify development opportunities for HR staff.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interviews.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company.
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Facilitate training sessions on HR-related topics.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management.
- Utilize data to inform HR strategies and initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources management
- Proficient in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
- Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is required
- Experience with Ceridian and HRMS software
- Knowledge of About Time software is beneficial
- Understanding of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration
- Strong focus on Compliance and Employee Relations
- Ability to manage and oversee all HR related activities within the company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and current regulations
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
