Description:

We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager in Fontana, California, who will be instrumental in managing the HR functions of our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including payroll processing, employee relations, and maintaining accurate employee records. This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities:

  • Implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives
  • Oversee all monthly payroll operations, including collection and verification of employees’ time and attendance records, payroll computation, and management of payroll taxes
  • Ensure all payroll processes comply with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, compensation, and benefits
  • Facilitate the employee onboarding and exit processes, including orienting new employees about payroll and benefits
  • Maintain comprehensive employee records
  • Administer employee benefits programs
  • Manage employment-related inquiries and provide accurate information about company policies
  • Conduct payroll audits and prepare reports for management review
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, ideally in a managerial position
  • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now software
  • Demonstrable experience in managing Benefit Functions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven expertise in ensuring Compliance with HR regulations and policies
  • Experience in handling Employee Relations and resolving conflicts
  • Knowledge of Hiring Processes and best practices
  • Familiarity with Onboarding new employees and making them feel welcome
  • Experience in managing Open Enrollment periods for employee benefits
  • Proven track record of successful Recruiting and Internet Recruiting
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity
