Human Resources (HR) Manager

We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. The role entails managing HR-related functions, fostering employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and standards. This position requires travel to Pennsylvania every other month and a day per week at a warehouse location in Largo.

• Oversee HR operations for Clearwater, Largo, Pennsylvania locations, and a remote sales team.
• Handle employee relations and provide coaching to managers on dealing with employee-related issues.
• Implement process improvements and provide recommendations for HR operations.
• Administer benefits, including 401K, and handle worker’s compensation issues.
• Conduct compensation analysis and manage overhaul processes.
• Manage leave requests and ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, and fair labor standards.
• Resolve time card issues and address any related concerns.
• Use UKG Pro software for HR management tasks.
• Utilize Excel for report generation and data analysis, including the use of VLookups.
• Communicate effectively with both hourly and salaried employees.
• Use ADP - Financial Services, HCM, Benefit Functions, Communication, Compliance, Employee Relations, Hiring Processes, and UKG Ready skills in daily tasks.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Human Resources role
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Solid understanding of HCM (Human Capital Management)
• Experience with Benefit Functions within a business setting
• Strong written and verbal Communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in Compliance within HR
• Proven experience in managing Employee Relations
• Familiarity with Hiring Processes
• Experience with UKG Ready software is preferable
