Human Resources Intern
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Human Resources Intern to support our HR team in various administrative and operational tasks. The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with HR compliance tasks, such as updating policies, procedures, and training materials.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement programs and events.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data related to employee satisfaction and performance.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries related to HR policies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and managing files.
