Are you looking for hands-on experience in Human Resources? Join our vibrant team at Learning Point and take on an exciting internship role that will give you the chance to develop a wide range of skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
As a Human Resources Intern , you’ll play a key role in supporting our HR functions, working alongside a dedicated team to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. From managing employee data and coordinating interviews to assisting with company events and onboarding processes, you’ll gain invaluable exposure to a variety of HR and operational tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and a desire to gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable to use Google Suite and back-end systems
  • Ability to multi-task, take in feedback, takes initiative and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
  • Able to commit at least 6 months

Responsibilities:

  • Support with email communication, calendar invites, document scanning and filing
  • Create and post job listings on various hiring platforms.
  • Plan and schedule interviews, including screening calls, assessments, and both in-person and Zoom interviews with hiring managers.
  • Update HR administrative tasks and operational functions, such as employee data management, leave applications, and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate and track employee-related processes, including onboarding and offboarding, training, orientation, and confirmation.
  • Assist in organizing of company events.Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
