  • Currently studying a bachelors degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, Communication or related.
  • To graduate in December 2025 or later.
  • Intermediate english level.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Support internal HR processes including recruitment, training, development, internal meetings, vendor tracking, communication, etc.
  • Support the design and execution of the internal communication plan, including announcements, internal and external presentations.
  • Assist in organizing internal and external events (such as committees, trainings, and activities that impact the organization’s culture), coordinating with internal and/or external vendors for schedules, room arrangements, catering, etc.
  • Track surveys and create reports (such as NOM35, 360 leadership surveys, etc.).
  • Manage necessary platforms and keep information up-to-date (such as surveys, intranet, among others).
  • Develop agreements and/or benefits for employees.
