REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to communicate well orally and in writing
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel required
  • Experience using an HRIS is an asset
  • Highly organized with very good attention to detail
  • Results-oriented and ability to work at a fast pace
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Tourism or Hospitality industry an asset
  • Background check required at the time of hire
