As Human Resources Leadership Intern is a paid work experience for students of Hospitality Colleges, Business School and/or Universities with a duration of 12 months.

As a Human Resources Leadership Intern, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Manage HR administration such as contracts, letters and personnel files
• Ensure accurate information is fed into Oasys HRMS
• Provide assistance in recruitment and selection process
• Support departmental training requirements including inductions, work experience, careers fairs, and training materials
• Present a project to the department at the end of the internshi

• The candidate is required to be in the 3rd or last year of university achieving a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree of a relevant field.
• The 1 year internship is compulsory part of the course curriculum and will only be valid with a signed school / university / college contract
• Has Good communication and people skills
• Excellent grooming standards
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work on their own or in team
