QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Have 5+ years of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within a fast-growing, Digital/Technology, AdTech, FinTech or Start-Up.
  • Proven experience in a People Operations/HR role within a growing company managing the full employee lifecycle, onboarding, offboarding, performance, professional development, and reward
  • Experience in the Human Resources, People or Recruitment function with multi European countries is a plus
  • Knowledge of employment law across the UK; across European countries is a plus
  • Experience with global mobility, including handling different employment statuses, visas, and employees in various countries.
  • Depth of experience in HR practices, especially in employee relations management and performance and talent management
  • Experience creating professional development trainings and succession planning including manager trainings
  • Experience working in Employee Relations with solid experience of EMEA labor laws and processes such as grievances, disciplinaries, consultation.
  • Ability to source and select a diverse, wide range of candidates using LinkedIn and other direct sourcing tools.
  • CIPD-level HR qualification is a plus

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As the first Human Resources employee in Europe, this individual must be a strong self-starter with a growth mindset. This role will partner directly with cross-functional teams to support the growth across Europe. This role will involve building out the human resources processes, policies, and compliance across the UK market, as well as support the strategic talent growth.
This role is essential to our future growth and success, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Support adMarketplace’s full employee life cycle, leading European recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Primary point of contact for all HR-related queries, providing advice and guidance to managers and employees across all our HR policies & procedures.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs; managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Provide a high-quality recruitment service to the wider business, speaking to candidates, coordinating interviews, providing feedback, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Handle employee onboarding including carrying out relevant right to work checks.
  • Develop and manage effective onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Provide support, thought partnership and coaching to management and employees on human resources related matters, policies & procedures, and employment law
  • Assist in queries from employees and work with the HR team to support processes of the entire employee lifecycle
  • Assist with professional development programs, talent assessment tools and administer performance reviews
  • Provide guidance and support on the implementation of key learning and development activities across the company to help drive high-performance.
  • Lead holistic Employee Engagement programme
