JOB DESCRIPTION
Join our dynamic HR team where you will play a crucial role in supporting the manager experience at all stages of employee life-cycle. As a HR Manager Advisor on the Manager Success Center Team , you will be responsible for delivering a best in class and personalized experience to managers in support of their day-to-day HR needs in shared services environment. Your will provide guidance to managers on human capital matters in response to inquiries with HR knowledge. Your ability to actively listen and understand manager needs will contribute to the overall success of the organization.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS
- Minimum 2 years of Human Resource experience or service-related experience
- Familiarity with human resource practices, procedures, policies and employment and labor laws.
- Ability to utilize critical thinking and analytical skills regularly to identify issues and trends
- Exceptional communication skills, excellent time management skills, ability to handle multiple demands and shifting priorities, and strong interpersonal skills, including emotional intelligence.
- Possess a risk and control mindset; follows published protocols, policies and tracking activities; escalates appropriately
- Technically proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, PitchPro
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or equivalent Human Resource or Management experience.
- Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance in respond to HR Products and Services on HR operations, policies and processes related to all stages of the employee life-cycle to ensure robust and equitable outcomes in a timely manner.
- Interacts directly or as an intermediary between HR and/or firmwide teams to successfully resolve inquiries
- Assist in educating and strengthening manager’s people leadership skills, directing managers to available online tools and resources to assist in managing performance concerns.
- Partner with managers in creating detailed corrective action documents, demonstrating a risk and control mindset, and observing the highest degree of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Be a champion of HR process change, analyze processes, and make recommendations for continuous improvement, with an emphasis on enhancing employee relations and engagement.
