You will be responsible for overall HR function in Singapore, covers strategic HR partnership, oversight and serving as a trusted advisor to all people-related matters. Your position entails comprehensive HR generalist responsibility in managing and running day-to-day HR operations and ensuring HR compliance. Key responsibilities include aligning the HR strategy with AGI business objectives, cultivating a positive workplace culture, making HR-relevant decisions and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and guidelines. It also involves active engagement as an experienced member of the global HR Operations community.

• Serve as primary contact for HR inquiries, providing strategic guidance, advisory and resolving all HR matters for employees and managers
• Work closely with Global and AP HR teams to manage and execute HR processes, ensuring alignment with global standards while addressing local requirements
