Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Abuja at Assetium Capital Management Limited. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development programs. They will also handle HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle training and development programs
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
• Experience in the financial services industry is beneficial
