As an HR Manager at Belmond Trains & Cruises, you’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience, specifically for our Trains & Cruises Divisional Office and one of our iconic London-based luxury trains. Ensuring these teams are supported, engaged, and empowered to deliver exceptional service will be your focus. You’ll lead and develop a small team, driving extraordinary results behind the scenes to ensure our employees enjoy just as many memorable moments as our guests. Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives and foster a positive employee experience.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on all HR matters, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant.
  • Managing complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
  • Overseeing talent acquisition, development, and performance management processes, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
  • Managing the HR budget and resources effectively, including payroll budget preparation.
  • Maintaining compliance with UK employment law and Belmond’s internal policies.
  • Overseeing the Office Manager & HR Coordinator, ensuring smooth office operations and team development.Contributing to divisional HR projects and deputising for the Divisional Director of HR as needed.
