As an HR Manager at Belmond Trains & Cruises, you’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience, specifically for our Trains & Cruises Divisional Office and one of our iconic London-based luxury trains. Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives and foster a positive employee experience.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on all HR matters, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant.
- Managing complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Overseeing talent acquisition, development, and performance management processes, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
- Managing the HR budget and resources effectively, including payroll budget preparation.
- Maintaining compliance with UK employment law and Belmond’s internal policies.
- Overseeing the Office Manager & HR Coordinator, ensuring smooth office operations and team development.Contributing to divisional HR projects and deputising for the Divisional Director of HR as needed.
