HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

The College seeks a HR Manager, preferably with experience in a school context, to join our Business Team.
This role will encompass a variety of leadership and administrative elements which will support the College to maintain excellence in Human Resouce management in a dynamic 21st Century educational context. The successful candidate will be able to assist the College in change management, HR strategy development, and contribute to the formulation and implementation of key documents, policies and processes.
The successful applicant will be committed to the ethos of a Catholic school and be willing to support the Principal and Leadership team in the management and development of the human resource functions of the College
This is a full-time ongoing Category C role. Daily hours are 8.00am - 4.00pm, with occasional additional hours to accommodate College requirements. The role commences on 11 March 2025 (or by negotiation).

Emmaus College is a proudly Catholic co-educational regional College in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne established in 1980. The College is a K – 12 school and operates over three campuses. K to Year 6 students are on the Junior Campus at Vermont South, ?Years 7, 8, 10 – 12 are on the Senior Campus at Vermont South and Year 9 students are on the Y9@E campus at Burwood.
