Eterna Health is an innovative regenerative medicine practice treating patients locally at our Mississauga clinic while also consulting with patients overseas .
We are a global leader at the forefront of accelerating the world’s transition to the next generation of regenerative medicine by combining cell therapy, gene editing and tissue engineering.
We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team in a part-time capacity. The HR Manager works closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives and operational HR support. This role serves as a trusted advisor, championing a performance-based and people-first culture, while driving policies, processes, and practices that support business objectives.
EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE
- A bachelor’s degree in degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Management (with a focus on HR), or the equivalent in education and/or experience.
- The CHRP or CHRL designation preferred.
- Well-versed in Ontario employment laws and HR best practices.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5-7 years in an HR generalist or HRBP role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Previous experience with a global organization is an asset.
SKILLS
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with change management and organizational development.
- Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and regions.
- Able to work independently and be a self-starter.
- Able to provide proactive advice to senior leadership.
- Well-developed leadership skills.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation.
- Ability to analyze information and recommend courses of action to be taken.
- Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Office, communication tools, HR systems and software, etc.

Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive workplace environment.
Talent Acquisition: Lead and support talent acquisition globally, ensuring a positive candidate experience and adherence with all employment laws.
Talent Management: Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives to support the company’s growth and retention objectives.
Organizational Design: Partner with leaders to optimize team structures, roles, and responsibilities for efficiency and effectiveness.
Change Management: Guide and support organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
Data-Driven Decisions: Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to local employment laws and regulations (Ontario)
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Promote and implement DEI initiatives, fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
HR Administration: Draft various correspondence; maintain documentation and employee files; lead various HR processes on a day-to-day basis.
