Job Description
As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our HR strategies. You will be responsible for managing effective human resources operations and supporting the school administration in all personnel-related matters. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be English OR German native speaker
- Must have Work experience in a Human Resources role in UAE
- Completed university degree in HR, business administration, or a comparable field.
- Several years of professional experience in human resources management, ideally in a leadership position.
- Solid knowledge and experience with UAE labor law.
- Experience in implementing HR systems and processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Innovative mindset and experience in change management.
- Experienace with Emiratisation preferred

Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and Talent Development
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process for all employees.
- Training and development of the HR team to ensure they are well-prepared for HR strategies and initiatives.
- Assisting in the preparation of job offers and employment contracts.
- Overseeing the entire visa process for employees, including coordination with external authorities and partners.
- Continuous monitoring and improvement of HR processes and systems.
- Payroll and Compensation:
- Overseeing and managing payroll for all employees, including conducting and analyzing salary adjustments.
- Performance Management:
- Introducing a performance-based evaluation system.
- Developing a comprehensive onboarding plan for new employees to ensure quick integration into the team.
- Labor Law Support:
- Providing advice and support to employees on labor and social law matters, as well as health insurance.
- Managing health insurance administration and ensuring coverage for all employees.
- Collaborating with external partners, such as insurance providers and legal advisors.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal HR requirements.
- Development and Implementation of HR Strategies and Initiatives:
- Promoting Emiratization through targeted recruitment and development programs.
- Designing programs to integrate Emiratis into a German-speaking work environment.
- Selecting and implementing new HR software to optimize HR processes.
- Strategically optimizing existing processes, such as overtime calculations and compensation systems.
- Grievance and Disciplinary Procedures:
- Managing and resolving workplace grievances and conflicts, including developing mediation strategies.
- Leading and conducting disciplinary procedures, drafting warnings, and organizing formal disciplinary meetings.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws when handling grievances and disciplinary actions.
