We are looking for an experience Human Resources Manager for the aerospace industry. The leader will have responsibility for the Human Resources department of a company of 200 employees. The responsibilities will include, coaching and consulting, staffing, workforce strategies/solutions, compensation as well as benefits, training and retention strategies, performance management, and compliance of labor law.
Experiencia y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with +7 years of professional experience.
- +5 years of management experience
- Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus
- Experience in HR disciplines such as compensation, talent management, performance management, career development, and employee relations
- Proactive to benchmark with other companies and peers
- “Big picture” perspective combined with practical approach
- Proven track record implementing Retention Strategies
- Talent assessment and development skills
- Solid strategic problem-solving attributes, common sense.
- Effective business acumen and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Demonstrated experience with coaching, influencing, and building effective relationships with leaders and employees to influence decisions
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Strong computer skills using HR applications TRESS System, HR reporting and MS office as well as using HR metrics to drive business results
- Highly effective communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Bilingual Spanish – English
