ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a strategic Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team and scale our HR processes. Reporting directly to the VP of People Operations, you will support day-to-day operations, including new employee onboarding, HR administration, and compliance, fostering healthy workplace practices throughout every department. You have a deep understanding of the employee lifecycle to provide the ultimate white glove service to our employees. You will operate with a high degree of integrity and transparency to ensure Jerry’s people operations are reliable and seamless. Jerry is building the first AllCar super app to help people optimize all aspects of owning a car – insurance, buy/sell, registration, loans, safety, repairs, parking, etc – a $2T market in the U.S. We started with insurance in 2019, and since then we’ve launched loan refinancing, real-time driving insights, a repair marketplace, car diagnostics, and a GenAI-powered chatbot and voicebot. We have amassed over 5M customers, raised $240M in funding, scaled our revenue 40X and our team to 250 across 7 countries.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 7+ years of people operations experience (experience weathering a high-growth startup strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of human resources best practices and employment law
  • Experience in implementing and building HR automations and systems
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Industrial Psychology, or similar preferred
  • Certification in SHRM or HRCI preferred
