Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE …
Reporting to and working closely with the General Manager, People Services, you will lead the HR team to support end to end HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
You will also support the People Services team and wider organisation as we drive innovation and change to across our varied business groups. This is a leadership, yet hands-on role that spans from operational HR tasks to supporting the business with transformation and change initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- People Leadership and Development: Leading the HR team and working alongside Operational Leaders, in managing day to day activities and ensuring they partner with the business to achieve robust organisational outcomes
- Collaborate on People Strategy:Align HR efforts with business goals and deliver effective people strategies across all business units.
- Develop and Implement HR Frameworks:Support and lead the development and implementation of standardised HR processes, systems and frameworks across the employment lifecycle, to assist managers and employees, driving culture of empowerment.
- Support Organisational Transformational Change:Assist in implementing organisational design and operating model changes to align to sector changes and support business growth.
- Contribute to Strategic HR Initiatives:Play an active role in HR programs that add value to the organisation and enhance employee experience.
