HR Manager Job Description
Oversees all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This leadership role supports the organization’s mission by developing HR strategies aligned with overall business goals, managing recruitment, training, performance management, and ensuring legal compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR initiatives that integrate with company strategy.
  • Performance Management: Implement systems to measure and enhance staff performance.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement programs to promote skills enhancement.
  • Compliance and Record Keeping: Ensure all practices meet legal standards.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage and design compensation packages and benefits plans.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment and address employee relations issues.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR management, preferably in the healthcare sector. • Certifications: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
