We are seeking an energetic and strategic Human Resources Manager to join our team and lead our Human Resources function, further defining and creating an already amazing culture.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure that the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong understanding of all HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and support workforce planning.


    • Employee Relations:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.
    • Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and issues.
    • Promote a positive workplace environment and maintain a culture of respect and inclusion.
    • Performance Management:
    • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and processes.
    • Work with managers to provide guidance on performance improvement plans and employee development.
    • Monitor and ensure the timely completion of performance evaluations.


      • Training and Development:

      • Assess training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
      • Implement initiatives to enhance employee skills, career development, and leadership capabilities.
      • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.


        • Compensation and Benefits:

        • Oversee compensation structures and ensure competitive salary practices.
        • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
        • Conduct salary surveys and make recommendations for adjustments.


          • Compliance and Policies:

          • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
          • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
          • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.


            • HR Strategy and Planning:

            • Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
            • Monitor HR metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
            • Lead and support organizational change initiatives.
