Human Resources Manager - (Part-Time)

We are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. This is an ideal role for someone with extensive experience in the hotel industry within the HR Department.
In the role of Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for the management of recruitment and selection process of new crew members. Liaising with our General Manager and Heads of Departments to ensure the high standards of training and development of crew members are met. Be knowledgeable and up to date in employment legislation while ensuring BrookLodge is compliant and best practice in all HR related issues.
We expect that the successful candidate will be able to develop a HR strategy to train and retain crew members, be proficient in HR administration; including budgets, policies, payroll and procedures, demonstrate excellent communication skills and ensuring confidentially at all times.
You should be capable of working on your own initiative and be able to work within a high performing team. Applicants would be required to have experience in HR Hospitality, relevant 3rd level qualification in HR and proven people management skills.
This is a part-time role over 3-5 days, we provide excellent opportunities, flexible hours, competitive salary and benefits.
