We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager who has a passion for what they do and is excited to become the next member of our dynamic team.

QUALIFICATIONS (YOU MAY APPLY EVEN IF YOU DON’T MEET EVERY QUALIFICATION):

  • Perform other duties related to this position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin/management, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR administration preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR and compliance regulations and best practices.
  • Fluent Bilingual English/Spanish speaking and listening skills required.
  • Payroll, ERP and business management spreadsheet/software experience required. Google, Paylocity and Aspire experience a plus.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP are highly desired.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
