We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our Connecticut team.

In this role, you will implement policies and programs in accordance with our global human resources programs and partner with Connecticut leadership on human resource initiatives. You will:

  • Advise supervisors/managers and provide support in the performance management process, including employee development and performance.
  • Identify and ensure compliance with all legal and SPIROL requirements, directing the preparation of information requested or required for regulatory filings.
  • Oversee the recruiting efforts for both hourly and salaried positions, supporting the candidate journey from application through to hire.
  • Be an active member in the SPIROL community, supporting employee relations initiatives.
  • Be passionate about people, engaging at all levels of SPIROL’s business.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 7+ years of demonstrated human resource leadership, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Degreed continued education preferred, and/or human resource certification.
  • Specialized training in organizational planning/development, recruiting and preventative labor relations.
  • Strong management skills as it relates to principles and people.
  • Stellar communication skills (written and verbal)
