We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join the team at our packaging plant, TC Montréal, in Pointe-aux-Trembles.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the candidate will be responsible for strategic human resources planning, organizational development, guidelines and programs relating to employment, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, recruitment and retention, as well as compliance with all provincial labour laws.
The Human Resources Manager will have the opportunity to be part of TC Transcontinental’s HR network in order to share best practices from other Canadian and American plants.
The candidate will be a member of the plant’s management committee and will play both a strategic and operational role. The Health and Safety Coordinator directly reports to the HR Manager.
