JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist with a minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience in the UAE to join our dynamic recruitment company. The ideal candidate must possess strong knowledge of HR functions, recruitment processes, and UAE labor laws. This role requires an individual who can work independently while contributing effectively to the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in a recruitment company.
- Must be on a freelance visa and ready to join immediately.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and documentation.
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support HR strategic planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Work closely with management to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Assist in performance evaluations and career development planning.
