We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to coach managers in effective team member (employee) performance management, career development, overall talent planning and succession planning. You will be responsible for the day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle of your client group. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner looking to partner closely with exceptional leaders and managers.

Your role

  • Act as a strategic resource to management and supervisory staff and form collaborative relationships with site managers.
  • Provide team member relations support, including internal dispute resolution, legislation interpretation, policy and procedure interpretation, counseling, and employee communications.
  • Counsel team members regarding career opportunities, personal development, management-employee relations issues, company policy, and HR programs.
  • Participate in and support problem-solving efforts designed to enhance the efficient operation of the organization.
  • Coach managers in effective employee performance management, career development, overall talent planning, and succession planning.

Your background and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or additional years of experience in lieu of degree
  • 7+ years of broad HR Business Partner experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of Canadian Employment laws
  • Fluency in English is required, fluency in French is strongly preferred
  • Experience working with a manufacturing client group strongly preferred

The pay range will be 110,000 – 145,000 CAD plus annual bonus eligibility.
