QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management
• Knowledge of HR compliance and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fieldHR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
