SASMAR is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team. With our operations in Belgium, Malta, Sydney, Hong Kong, Mumbai, London, and Chicago, we are a fast-growing pharmaceutical company that specialises in personal care and fertility products, including our renowned Conceive Plus brand. Our products are distributed in over 70 countries through various channels such as supermarkets, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and drugstores.
As a Human Resources Officer at SASMAR, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the overall success of our organisation by effectively managing our human resources and fostering a positive work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an HR role or HR internship is preferred.
  • Good understanding of HR principles, policies, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Knowledge of HR software and MS Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Professionalism and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support employee onboarding and off boarding processes.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, leave management, and performance management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in handling employee relations issues and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct training sessions on HR topics.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
