QUALIFICATIONS

• +10 Years of experience in HR o Risk related positions
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience/training
• Good verbal and written communication in English and Spanish
• Ability to operate autonomously
• Ability to work as part of a multicultural team
• Analytical and project management skills
• Ability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and to be client-oriented

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of operational risk management a plus
• Knowledge of HR processes in the financial sector a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Six Sigma certification a plus

JOB PURPOSE

The HR OPC HLATAM wo MX AVP is the expert in Argentina, Colombia, Perú and Chile, in terms of Operational Risk Management, Permanent Control and Risk for HR function. This position owns the Human Resources Generic Control Plan adoption, implementation and execution for Argentina, Colombia, Peru and Chile, as well as the Risk Management processes.
