QUALIFICATION + PROFILE

  • Post-graduate degree with specialization in Human Resources.
  • Having 5-10 years’ experience in Human Resources as a generalist, out of which 3-5 years in leadership in the Human Resources department.
  • Experienced in local laws and legislations relevant to Human Resources functions such as: Saudi Labour Laws, GOSI, Qiwa, Ministry of Labour and Social Development etc.
  • Having Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
  • Experience in “SuccessFactors SAP” is a plus.
  • Experience in international companies is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources: Managing all aspects of human resource function, including but not limited to recruitment, HR policy implementation, training & development, payroll, employee onboarding & offboarding and employee care, ensuring that these follow existing Endress+Hauser practice and guidelines and to a high standard.
  • Employee relations: Acting as a point of contact for Human Resources and administration on day-to-day matters.
  • Government Relations: Representing E+H at the Government Authorities through the Government Relations Officer in Saudi Arabia. And ensuring implementation of relevant laws and requirements under various legislations relevant to Human Resources.
  • Administration: Managing administration activities including employee health insurance policy, employee airline tickets and coordination for IT-related activities with the Endress+Hauser IT division and the Regional office as well as office facility management, coordinating with vendors for maintenance and other office requirements.
  • Leadership: will lead the HR team based in Saudi Arabia.Collaborate with the Regional Office in relation with all Human Resources activities and initiatives.
