WellView Care offers various services, including healthcare and pharmacy services, case management, and substance abuse management.

JOB SUMMARY:

Our team seeks a passionate HR professional to work in our community and provide quality health services. This HR role will strategically partner with the clinic’s leadership team, providing expert guidance on human resources practices to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement. This role aligns HR initiatives with the clinic’s goals, supporting workforce planning, talent management, and employee development.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

EDUCATION :

  • A bachelor’s degree in HRM, Health Service Administration, or a related field is required.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of three years of human resource management experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift approximately 50 pounds occasionally
    Flexible work from home options available
