Description:
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Human Resources / Payroll Admin in the manufacturing industry, located in North Fort Myers, Florida. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in the hiring process, payroll administration, and other HR-related tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can efficiently handle a variety of responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the hiring process and ensuring all legal paperwork is completed accurately.
- Administering payroll using Paylocity and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Managing the onboarding and termination processes.
- Conducting performance reviews to assess employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Organizing training sessions with supervisors and facilitating meetings.
- Planning and coordinating company events.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining positive employee relations.
- Using ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) and HCM (Human Capital Management) systems for efficient HR management.
- Communicating effectively with both English and Spanish speaking employees.
- Utilizing skills in Ceridian and Benefit Functions to streamline HR operations.
- Experience with Benefit Functions
- Exceptional Communication skills
- Strong understanding of Compliance in HR
- Experience in Employee Relations
- Knowledge of Hiring Processes
- Familiarity with Paylocity
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR/Payroll Admin in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
