Description:

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Human Resources / Payroll Admin in the manufacturing industry, located in North Fort Myers, Florida. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in the hiring process, payroll administration, and other HR-related tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can efficiently handle a variety of responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the hiring process and ensuring all legal paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Administering payroll using Paylocity and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Managing the onboarding and termination processes.
  • Conducting performance reviews to assess employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Organizing training sessions with supervisors and facilitating meetings.
  • Planning and coordinating company events.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining positive employee relations.
  • Using ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) and HCM (Human Capital Management) systems for efficient HR management.
  • Communicating effectively with both English and Spanish speaking employees.
  • Utilizing skills in Ceridian and Benefit Functions to streamline HR operations.
  • Experience with Benefit Functions
  • Exceptional Communication skills
  • Strong understanding of Compliance in HR
  • Experience in Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of Hiring Processes
  • Familiarity with Paylocity
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR/Payroll Admin in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
