About the job
To provide HR administrative support and coordinate relevant processes for the human resources department. The role assists in a wide variety of tasks that include coordinating and consolidating activities for all new joiners, movers and leavers as well as assisting employees with day-to-day queries. Provide payroll administration s coordination and processing for both Danone sites according to the timesheets/time & attendance system.
About you

QUALIFICATION:

  • Matric and a relevant 3 year HR Degree or relevant RPL

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • At least 3 years in an HR administrative capacity, preferably in a FMCG environment
  • Demonstrated HR system knowledge in at least 2 HR systems, such as SHARE, VIP, SAP, SAGE
  • Efficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • At least 1 year Payroll administration
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of staff records at all times including archiving and filing via Azure platform – Digital emp files audited and ready for inspection
