ABOUT US:
The Human Resources (HR) team is responsible for managing headcount, culture, skills and competencies, early careers, development and ensuring compliance with policy and legislation. Within Stevenage we support the business that develop, analyse and build satellites as well as the business that ensure secure communications globally. We have HR support across the UK as well as globally and you will be part of this professional team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Our placements are open to Undergraduates only . Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement. Please inform your graduation date on your application.

Responsibilities:
You will be a key part of the HR and have the unique opportunity to get involved and spend time with each of the HR departments. Key duties will include:
- Supporting HRBPs on their business areas;
- Get involved in Early Career assessment, recruitment and development;
- Getting involved in support apprenticeships;
- Support any disciplinaries and grievances;
- Support inductions;
- Helping with contracts and promotions;
- Running reports;
- Supporting culture evolution;
- Get involved in any HR projects;
- Set up site meeting;
- Check right to work eligibility.
