Description:

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant industry certifications from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and/or Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) preferred.
  • Experience in multiple human resources disciplines such as total rewards, staffing, employee relations, and performance management at a strategic level.
  • Experience with multiple HR principles, functions, best practices, compliance, employment law and organizational development
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (8 years of experience)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, research skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to act with discretion and exercise independent judgement.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to independently travel to engage members and perform on-site training including overnight stays.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive), Adobe and Zoom

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responds to project assignments from Manager of Human Resources Professional Staffing Services.
  • Provides a variety of Human Resources (HR) Specialist, Generalist, or Manager levels of support for internal projects, members, and non-members.
  • Offer expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to members and non-members
  • Coordinates with the client for on-site and virtual assistance per the project scope.
  • Communicates and escalates any updates or issues.
  • Provides exceptional customer service to members and detailed, professional project outcomes.
