We have an exciting opportunity available as a Human Resources Project Coordinator! The HR Project Coordinator is a full-time position that works between 7:30am-4:00pm at UPMC St. Margaret. This position will also work closely with other pod locations to provide human resources support. In this role, the HR Project Coordinator is responsible for various human resources tasks that include planning events, maintaining licensure and clearance reports, assisting with HR projects and initiatives, and supporting the Talent Acquisition team. Additionally, the HR Project Coordinator will be responsible for answering HR office phone calls and providing assistance to employees and guests who visit the department. Responsibilities: General involvement with all Human Resources aspects of the organization Provide support, where needed, for all events and activities Assist in documentation of processes, standards, procedures, and policies for programs and initiatives. Maintain an understanding of UPMC human resources programs, policies and procedures to support programs and initiatives Participate in design, development, and implementation of programs and initiatives. Assist with department administrative support. Develop and maintain documents and materials to support effective roll out of programs and initiatives. Develops and maintains Excel Spreadsheets and creates and develops Power Point Presentation as needed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related field and two years of experience in project planning and/or administrative function required. OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of experience in project planning and/or administrative functions required. Ability to coordinate projects, manage tasks, establish priorities, make decisions, and follow issues through to resolution as directed. Human resources work experience is preferred.
