  • Proven experience in recruiting for aesthetic clinics or similar healthcare settings.
  • Familiarity with roles in the aesthetics industry, including licensing and certification requirements (DHA, laser hair removal licenses, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to commit to part-time hours with flexibility to meet hiring timelines.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, or local job boards

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a part-time HR Recruiter with experience in aesthetic clinics to help us build a team of skilled professionals who will deliver exceptional service to our clients.
You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for a variety of roles, ensuring they meet the clinic’s professional standards.

Roles to Recruit For:

  • Marketeer
  • Content Creator
  • Call Centre Agent
  • Call Centre Supervisor
  • Female Receptionist
  • Female DHA Registered Nurse (with aesthetic experience and laser hair removal license)
  • Female DHA Registered Beauty Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment plans tailored to the clinic’s needs.
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and review applications.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews and schedule further assessments with management.
  • Ensure candidates meet specific requirements such as DHA registration, relevant experience, and licenses.
  • Oversee onboarding to ensure smooth integration into the team.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
